Why a psychologist performs
The stage is where I test the theory in public.
Every production begins with a clinical question. What does displacement do to a body? What does a self look like when it stops splitting? It answers in rasa rather than in a paper. Audiences do not need to know the psychology. They feel it. That is the point.
Performances can be paired with a post-show somatic talkback, a Body of Emotions workshop, or a lecture-demonstration for students.
